Jonathan is great. How do you all manage to find the most polite & knowledgeable technicians? Jonathan diagnosed a major issue that had caused some drywall damage that we were unaware of. He worked late to correct the issue. We truly appreciate the great service that we have received thus far. We are new to Dallas so rebuilding relationships with service providers is very important and somewhat daunting. Our neighbor recommended Cody & Sons and we are forever grateful!

Jeff arrived during the expected time frame after calling to let me know exactly when he would be here. He checked out both air conditioning systems that weren’t cooling and needed to add coolant to both. He was pleasant, professional and willing to explain what the current problem was and a potential future problem. I was extremely pleased to see that he wore a mask, gloves and booties. I would happily call Cody and Sons for any future work and would likely ask if Jeff was available.

I just want to share my experience with Evan at Cody and Sons. The power in my kitchen kept shorting (including sparks coming out of the outlets) whenever I ran the garbage disposal, so I called an electrician. He said my 1950s house didn't have enough power in the kitchen to keep up with all my appliances, and that I should add another circuit to keep the power from shorting. I said I would get back to him. Then I noticed my garbage disposal was leaking. Evan came out and showed me where there was rust around the area where the electricity hooked up to the garbage disposal unit, indicating that it had been leaking for awhile. He replaced my garbage disposal, and presto, no more sparks! I *almost* paid to add another circuit to my kitchen, costing me thousands of dollars. Turns out it was a faulty electrical connection of my garbage disposal because of a leak. Thanks Evan!

The few times we have had them service our units they have been amazing! Jeff was very nice and professional! will tell you straight and not try to upsell you on something! Gave us a few options and suggestions but in the end was willing to do what the customer wanted! Feel like in good hands!
