I really like the procedures for setting up an appointment; the notifications while waiting for the tech to arrive; and the bio with photo and credentials. Once the tech (Mike) arrived, he was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. We will use them in the future.

Cody & Sons did an excellent job. The technician , Juan Mora, was on time and gave his recommendations for replacing all the cast iron pipes with PVC for a home with a crawl space. The work was also done quickly and the whole process was stress free. The customer service reps are also very helpful and responsive. Juan Mora was a pleasure to work with and I appreciate Cody & Sons' services along with adapting new rules to deal with Covid-19.
