UPDATE:
We finally heard back from the company and they provided a proper paperwork for my insurance claim to be processed and reimbursed.
It took a couple of months to get the paper work request completed , but I hope this won't happen again.

We used them to fix water leaks from damaged pipes this summer. I would not use them again and would not recommend their service for two reasons.
First, as I filed a claim with my insurance from the water damage, an itemized invoice was required for reimbursement. Both I and my insurance adjusters tried to contact managers numberous times, however, they never responded to me or insurance adjusters or provided a documdent.
