I left a text message on their website site on Sun. 6/9 with information regarding the two areas of concern that I had. Ceci, in the front office, called me back on Monday morning to get further information. After doing so, we set up an appointment for Tuesday morning. It was a pleasure to enjoy her amiable conversation! Also, thank you to Paula for her pleasant demeanor during my follow-up calls! Let’s not forget Carla, too!
First: Replace leaking hot water heater drain valve (plastic) with the more substantial brass 3/4” MPT valve. This repair would also require a drain and flush. I can't speak more highly of a service than the one we received from Jeff this evening. We were deflated thinking about how to fix our AC leak issue after another service checked our unit and quoted us a huge amount, and Jeff was quick to reassure us he was a problem solver and wanted to get to the root of our issue. He found several issues the first service did not catch and solved our issue for a very very small fraction of the first quote - we are so relieved. Jeff was incredibly kind, communicative, and we felt very comfortable with him in our home. We're grateful and will continue to use their services.
