I scheduled the top to bottom deluxe and the checklist was not completed. Most of the master bedroom wasn’t dusted, windowsills weren’t dusted, sides of coffee table weren’t wiped down, tops of cabinets/cabinet doors weren’t wiped down, the top of my sound bar wasn’t dusted. I could go on and on. The only areas that got a good cleaning were the bathrooms. I also specifically requested that things be put back where they were when moved and that didn’t happen. I took pictures and sent them to the boss and ended up getting charged the max amount for the cleaning. Won’t use them ever again.

We've used Cleaning By Kate for over a year and they have been great. Cleaners on time, and willing to work with us on any schedule changes. Althea is our cleaner and she is the best! She always is so polite and goes above and beyond to give it that extra clean touch. I never find things that she didn't clean!
