Cleaning by Kate

The cleaning staff that came to my home were professional and efficient. As it was my first clean, they requested a walk thru and asked where I felt my concerns were. We did a post-clean walk thru and I was very satisfied with the cleanliness. I will use them moving forward.

I am a cleaning tech for Cleaning by Kate. This job had given me the beautiful opportunity to help take something off people's to do lists. Cleaning may not seem like a hard chore, but some people in our community don't have the ability/time/whichever circumstance it may be to clean to their fullest standards - and that's where I come in. I'm honored to help people enjoy their homes and offices to the fullest capacity!

Cleaned well but a bit pricey

Techs are fantastic when they are given accurate info. They aren't paid enough for what this costs though. This is one of the most expensive companies in the area for the worst attitude from the owner.
Mnagement is constantly turning over and blames employees for not knowing when info about a job changes...turnover rate is high amongst employees. The "office manager" changed 3x while I used this service, which was only a few months.
My dog got let out accidentally, no one even told me when the office KNEW about it. I found out from a different person well after the fact.
The initial deep clean which was $400 involved one tech playing on their phone over half the time they were there and wandering around to areas that werent supposed to be touched. I met at least 5 different techs and for the most part they were very efficient other than that.
