Cleaning by Kate

My house flooded during Florence, I contacted Kate on a Friday to schedule a post construction cleaning, I knew the were very busy, they arrived at my house on the following Tuesday. What an excellent job they did. Thank you Kate and your crew!! Job well done!

I am very impressed with the professionalism and how well the house look once Cleaning by Kate complete the job. They paid special attention to detail and I would recommend their work to anyone looking for a professional cleaning company.

Extremely detailed and thorough cleaning but be watchful on her pricing.

We required post-construction cleaning. Our duct cleaners recommended her. It was between her and Merry Maids. Merry maid quoted $850 and she quoted $950-1200 (based on hours). Once the work was complete, she charged me $1400.00. Unfortunately, I couldn't refute it because I wasn't at home and didn't have proof but my inclination is they inflated it because insurance was paying for most of it. I told her not to charge my card that was on file and she charged it and added a last minute 3.5% credit card fee.

The last thing that irked me was her attitude during the house inspection. Everytime I pointed out an area to be cleaned, she looked at me like I was crazy and she was doing me a favor.

If you hire her, I recommend setting a no higher limit and ask her what cleaning is NOT...

Kate is Great!!! I called her last minute to help me clean my parents 2 story house.....after 5 days of non stop cleaning, I decided I needed some help. So, I called her and she came right away to look over the areas I wanted cleaned and gave me a free estimate. She was extremely friendly, open. honest, and professional. She and her team of 3 amazing ladies came the VERY NEXT DAY and cleaned 2 and 1/2 bathrooms as well as the oven and dishwasher. I will just say this.....I don't think I have EVER seen the house that clean....I don't even think it was bought that clean! Kate and her team were so efficient and paid close attention to every detail. You could pretty much eat off of the floor, it was that clean! They also made sure to clean up after they were done as well which is so nice because some cleaning people leave a mess behind for me to clean up. I absolutely love Kate...
