Cleaning by Kate

We received a one time cleaning from Cleaning by Kate for our kitchen. They came in while we were out for the day and did a great job scrubbing our countertops, cabinets and stovetop. They pulled out all of our countertop organizers and made sure to clean behind and under them. They even followed up afterwards to make sure we were happy with everything. Great service!!

BEWARE of this business. In this review I will go over FACTS. If the "owner responds" it is a blatant excuse for ripping people off.
Called to get an estimate for a general clean for a VACANT house approximately 1000 sq. ft. They ask you to rate your home how dirty it is on a scale from 1-10. The estimate started at $250-$350. There is no scale posted anywhere. The response I got when I asked the owner, Kate, where the scale was "Its an internal scale we use." How is the customer supposed to give an accurate level if the scale isn't posted for the customer see? If you read the contract you can get your deposit back if notified 2 business days prior to the cleaning.
No one ever went to look at the house prior to the cleaning they wait until they show up to do the job after the period where you can get your deposit back and then they jack the price up....

Emma has been cleaning our home for 6 months and I love her and her work she is always on time friendly and very efficient in her cleaning. I would not want anyone else to clean my home.

I felt a connection right away with Kate upon our 1st meeting. She's conscientious, informative, pays attention to detail and easy to approach. I started with a Deep Cleaning which was beyond my expectations. I've since had Makayla every 2 weeks and I'm extremely pleased with her work. She's prompt, friendly, job detailed and oriented and thorough while finishing up on time. Cleaning by Kate is also partnered with the non-profit Cleaning For A Reason. They are dedicated to gifting 2 free cleanings for local cancer patients, no strings attached which closed the deal for me. ❤️

We have been using Cleaning by Kate since early December and have used several different cleaning services for years. None compare to the quality, thoroughness, and reliability provided by Cleaning by Kate. Our primary cleaner is Rocky. We love how Rocky approaches her work as if this was her house. By the time she leaves, the house is immaculate and our counters and appliances shine. Rocky is proactive in finding things to clean that we had missed. Her work ethic is unassailable. We are very pleased with Cleaning by Kate and plan to continue engaging them into the foreseeable future.
