Customer service is top notch, and had the ladies come to do a DEEP clean on my house, which sorely needed it. They have been very responsive, and we are setting up a monthly cleaning. Very pleased!

Rocky usually cleans my 2000 sq ft house and does a very good job. She is personable, efficient, on time, and detailed. I really like seeing her for a couple of hours every other week.

Why is the cost to clean my home more expensive than the national average when Havelock is 20% lower cost of living than the national average?

Gave me a quote , then raised it. Claimed we would reassess after a few weeks based on how clean I kept it in between. I kept it maintained as I said I would. Quoted me $65 -$75 for a small bathroom, the hallway, a standard living room, and a small kitchen. The sink is usually less than half full, but cleaning doesn't include dishes. That's extra!

Was called after receiving the original quote and told that person was fired for misquoting at least me...then told it was at least $100 a visit.

Deep clean for these areas was $400. Will update with actual sq footage.
