Great company that helped us clean a long term vacation rental. The ladies were extremely accommodating and even called to let me know that the property would require a deep cleaning.

Complete home cleaning, fantastic job

This was not a great or even good experience for me. I was expecting a deep clean, at best it was general housekeeping. I have shutters in all rooms. They were wiping them down with what appeared to be a damp cloth. On one side only. I mentioned this and they went back. My shutters are plastic. Soapy water and a wet cloth would have done it on the 1st round. One of the girls stood around holding up door frames, chatting to the other worker, , so in effect I had one person cleaning. The cleaning of the floors was back and forth missing swaths of floor. Very inefficient!
I was charged by the hour and I feel I paid for at least an hour of inefficiency.
This was an empty house. They did not come with a step stool. How can you possibly clean what you advertise as top to bottom when you don’t even have a little stepstool? Unconscionable when I was told I could go out...
