I don’t know, 160+ reviews, and all are 5 stars! Either this guy has a pretty extensive network of family and friends, or he spends a lot of time writing. I have to say, it all seemed pretty suspicious.

After reading many of the reviews, I decided to set up an appointment to have all 822 sq. ft of 12” tile cleaned, and the grout sealed. We have been in our home for 16 years, and have never had it professionally cleaned. I did steam clean the tile and grout about 5 years ago, and my wife does a weekly cleaning, but it was time to have it professionally cleaned.

Scott was right on time and was very professional. He answered all of our questions and explained everything he was doing. Most importantly, our tile and grout look great.

I will start off by saying that a five star rating doesn’t do these guys any justice. I understand that 5/5 is 100% but both Scott and Billy went so far beyond 100%. We cannot thank them enough. My wife and I just bought our first home and had new floors put in (roughly 1400 sf). Our bonehead contractor decided to seal the grout by mopping on a cheap sealant with a sponge not only sealing our grout but also our porcelain wood-look tile. I discovered after that fact that you DO NOT DO SEAL THE TILE! The sealant left a milky/dirty looking haze all over our brand new floor that was nearly impossible to get up after it dried. Our contractor left us high and dry and somehow disappeared off the face of the earth. My wife, who is 39 weeks pregnant, and I were forced to go at this on our own.
