Clean Vibz Kzoo

Hired them to deep clean a house that was already empty and move-in ready. We just wanted to make sure everything was cleaned just like their quote says. They ended up doing a terrible job and 2 weeks later I just seem to notice more and more issues.

1. They left my refrigerator with gunk on the shelves
2. 2. They wiped the shades and when I flipped them there was water dripping down
3. 3. The toilet and stove still had dirt on them
4. 4. The ceiling fan blades were only wiped on one side and their is a significant layer of dust on the other side
The quote provided to us said all of this would be handled and "EVERYTHING GETS HAND WIPED"

I'm extremely disappointed and wouldn't recommend them. On top of that when they were finished they didn't say a word, didn't offer to do a walk through or check with me to make sure...

I had excellent service from Clean Vibz Kzoo! They were easy to contact and schedule, they were on time, very professional, wore masks with out me asking them to do so. The house looked amazing when I got home. I really appreciate the great service. I would highly recommend them.

Grateful for Clean Vibz who came in to deep clean our home, rather short notice, for our recent move. They were prompt, friendly, hard working, and left the space in great shape for it's new owner. Highly recommend!

Although the services I paid for weren’t considered a “deep clean” the staff worked with me to be sure my top concerns and priorities of cleanliness were met. BEYOND satisfied with the outcome. Would and will likely be hiring them again!
