Despite being behind and late on finishing my move and clearing the apartment, Robert and his team proactively worked around me as I was in the process of finishing my move. As they couldn’t complete the work, they returned to steam my carpets and at the request of my landlord, returned for a third time to do some minor detailing.
They also hand returned my keys to the landlord. I’d give them 10 stars if I could. These guys are the best in the business.

I attempted to book a cleaning service with this company over the course of 2-3 days. The booking process is extremely lengthy, and the demands of how many photographs they want changes with each conversation.

Moving house, especially with children, especially at the end of the year, especially as a single parent while working full time is stressful enough. Having a business change their demands and expectations every single day before providing a quote or booking a time to re-assure that you have that part of a move done is beyond unnecessary and honestly, unkind.

After the last three days of attempting to collect all of the photographs they needed, they still continued to ask me if this was a 1 or 2 bedroom unit, even though I had confirmed several times that it was a 2 bedroom unit.

We booked Clean Australia Services for an end of lease clean for our 3 bedroom unit. They showed up with 3 cleaners, and were so incredibly detailed and efficient! They cleaned the place from top to bottom and went well above my expectations, after having used a few cleaners in the past that were nowhere near as good.

We’re dealing with a very nasty real estate agent as well, who tracked in footprints to the apartment and asked the cleaners to come back and fix it. It’s clear from the photos after the clean that the footprints weren’t there when Clean Australia finished up.

They were so responsive and helpful to us and returned to the property and clean the floors again meaning we get our bond back! Highly recommend these guys. They’re professional and do an amazing job!!!
