Great experience. The guys came on time, explained everything and gave me the estimate quickly. They took good care with my floors and furniture. And most importantly my carpets all looked great when they were done. Great customer service.

Recently my wife and I contacted Clawson Chem Dry for an estimate to clean our home carpets. James, the technician arrived on time to our home. He identified himself as a representative from Clawson Chem Dry and was polite and courteous throughout the entire process. He provided an upfront estimate before he started the job. I had an awesome Clawson Chem-Dry experience. The technician was knowledgeable and provided great feedback on the services. My carpet looked spectacular after the cleaning and all the dark spots were eliminated!!! I highly recommend this company to other people in the area.
