As a first time customer of Clawson Chem-Dry I can honestly say I will never use any other carpet cleaning company.
I run a family child care business out of my home and get the carpets cleaned 2-3 times a year. I have always used another well known company but was very disappointed in the last results. Not only did it take days to dry but looked worse than it was in a short time.
Chem-Dry was very professional, informative and not hard on the wallet. I was very surprised when they removed every stain. Even those tough stains the other company could not completely get out. I must admit my carpet was pretty stained everything from food, drinks, paints, markers and all sorts of spills created by eight pairs of tiny hands.
Chem-Dry took pride in their work and it shows!

After clearing some of the rooms to be stretched, they were stretched in the morning. The "stretcher" referenced Clawson prior to leaving. Rather than move furniture back into rooms I called and got an appointment for next week. Later Clawson called back and said they could did it same day as the initial call. I was ecstatic and thankful! Dan showed up on time and got straight to work. He was professional and asked good questions. He worked diligently to complete and ask for my inspection prior to putting away his equipment. Many thanks the the Clawson Team for flexibility and good job!
