First, I want to start by saying Mary is amazing. If you own a company, she is 100 percent the person you want interacting with customers. She is kind, knowledgeable, solution oriented, and extremely responsive. I hired Cinderella Cleaning last minute on a Saturday, and Mary came out the same day within a matter of hours to review the scope and provide a more accurate quote. When the initial price was a little too high for my budget, we worked together to adjust the scope and arrive at a price I felt comfortable with.

The initial visit, I will admit, did not fully meet expectations. The original plan was to clean and organize my bedroom and laundry room. I asked the technician to wash and dry the sheets, assuming the comforter would be included as well. About 3.5 hours in, it became clear that my bedroom alone was taking much longer than expected, so I asked her to stop...

I have used Cinderella cleaners recently there very detail oriented and I really higher recommend theme there honest and great people I know the Avilla’s there great people and hard workers please keep theme in mind for a cleaning home service. I would recommend theme as a cleaning service there very professional and there customer service is excellent I would use them for a holiday event or a regular monthly cleaning there a great company.
