Unique good food. My wife lives this place.

The staff was pleasant. Our waitress Emily forgot part of our order and took a long time to wait on our table. I found the prices outrageously high, I had a chicken breast (grilled salad, ice tea and my companion had a burger and a beer) the check was $35.00 plus a $5.00 tip. This is set in an Industrial district no views rustic decor. I disagree with most of these reviews for $40.00 at lunch I would be far more satisfied at the likes of Olive Garden, Villa Macri, or Sorin's at Notre Dame. I do not feel the meal warranted the price and the atmosphere reminded me more of a five guys than a place I would want to bring a date. BBC

Great sushi! We go almost every Monday for 1/2 prices sushi. Make sure to get there early or you’ll be waiting a while if you order sushi on a Monday. Also, make sure to tip your waitress based on the full price, not the discount. 😉

I was in town for a Grandsons event . After the event he wanted to go to lunch at the Chubby Trout. My daughter shared the place was fantastic so both sets of Grandparents and my daughters family piled in and went. the food was atrocious. My wife ordered a crab cake that tasted like a tin can. the rest of the food was better but still not good. Not wanting to ruin a perfect day, and having eaten less than stellar meals before I chose to pay the tab and contact the establishment later to let them know. I contacted the manager who told me "well, you know we dont have the same cooks though the day so there will be some variability". I shared that I was not looking for a comped meal or ANYTHING other than to share with her my experience and hope they would take it to heart and do better. at which she stated "well, if you didn't like the food you should have sent it...

I had the crispy grouper and it was just ok. Great atmosphere.
