We stopped for an early dinner after a long day. Kiah was such a breath of fresh air, very engaging. There’s a fine line between being intrusive and interesting conversation. The calamari fingers are excellent, a great sharing appetizer. The salmon was cooked perfectly, the shrimp tacos were great. Generous portions.

We visit the Chicago area once a year. Elkhart, Indiana is a good stopping point for us. The first time we stopped the we decided to try Chubby Trout. Glad we did. It was excellent. Now we look forward to stopping in Elkhart to go for dinner. The food is wonderful and the service is as good as it gets. So Chubby Trout deserves 5 stars!

We hosted a large dinner party at the Chubby Trout. Managers Sierra and Meagan coordinated everything perfectly prior to our arrival. Dani and Hailey did an amazing job as our servers. Kudos to this outstanding team for providing us with a wonderful experience!!
