Crab bisque - excellent! I also had the salmon salad with goat cheese, also excellent. Best sushi I've had in quite a while and well worth the wait! Will definitely be returning when I'm in the area.

First time at the new location and found it very good. Both my wife and I had a fish dinner which was very good. A little small but the staff was very nice and polite. Enjoy it and will return.

Our NEW Favorite Place out of ALL....

Food was very good. Server was pleasant and helpful. Service was slow due to a lot of customers. Monday is a busy night because they have 50% off sushi. Which is a very good deal! My one and only complaint would be the parking lot. It was packed, and most vehicles did not park appropriately. If you own a bigger vehicle the parking lot is hard to navigate through. I will go back when it's less busy and I do not have a 6 year old.

Had dinner tonight with friends. We had crab cakes as well as brisket chips for appetizers. Both were amazing. As a table, we had a brisket sandwich, 2 grouper sandwiches, a cod dinner and a brisket dinner. There were zero complaints and to be honest, there was little dialog due to all of us feeding our faces. The Fat Hop brews were good. I only had enough time to try two of them. If you live in Elkhart and haven't tried this place, shame on you. If you live anywhere else, it's worth the drive. Cam Snider; great job. Plan on seeing us a lot more. Chubby Trout has easily become our new favorite place!
