We wanted to sit outside on a beautiful night and Chubby Trout had outdoor seating, which was lovely. Our server, Amanda W. welcomed us as we walked to the door and took incredible care of us. Amanda is an absolute gift - extremely attentive yet laid-back enough to know when to interject to ensure we are enjoying ourselves without being obtrusive in the slightest. She was very attuned to our needs, she made terrific suggestions, and had a warm and inviting attitude the entire time.

Coincidentally, we overheard Desiree having to share the sad news to the table next to us that their food all got ruined yet she communicated the situation to the guests with class, humility, and grace. She really did an amazing job of defusing a possible explosive situation and made it look easy too.
