I travel to Elkhart a few times a year and stay at the adjacent hotels. The Chubby Trout never disappoints! The sushi is the biggest value with handmade rolls to suite all pallets. Megan and Tanner are very attentive bar maidens that keep me coming back

Last week we had dinner with a friend that is local to the area for a great catch up! Didn’t know what order as a first time to dine at the Chubby Trout. Our server Tiffany was very skilled in her sushi recommendations, our fav! She had their professional chief’s prepare their best choices of their sushi for us enjoy. Outstanding FRESH sushi that delivered 100%, delicious and the best we have ever had! Thank you Tiffany for your amazing service and all your suggestions that we enjoyed, you know your game! Went back for a 3rd time and asked for our favorite waitress, Emma. As usual, she was an incredible waitress and was very knowledgeable about the menue, kitchen and bar. Food and drink recommendations were spot on, and she made us feel likre family from the first order. We will be back!! We will look for Emma. Great restaurant, food and beer. Best in Elkhart!!By far!
