I've been here a few times when I come to Elkhart for business. Every time I've been here it has been good but this last time it was fantastic. Before I mention anything about the food, I want to commend my server Siera. Cam, this girl deserves a raise, a bonus, or both. She is a cut above most. Her recommendations all night were spot-on and the brisket is one of the best I've ever had. Excellent everything, I will look forward to my next business trip to Elkhart.
