I have dreamed of a place where I could order filet, sushi, fresh fish, craft beer, and smoked brisket (even oysters!) - all under the same roof! Cozy and warm atmosphere, with happy people all around. The staff was great, and though they were busier than normal (a guest chef was showcasing his talents) we didn't have to wait as long as expected. Before we arrived, we called and discovered there was a 1 ½ hour waitlist, and by the time we arrived 30 minutes later, it had reduced to a 45 minute wait, and in reality, was closer to a half hour. The people on their way to be seated reassured us that it was worth the wait, and it was!
Good flavors, a dynamic range of offerings (especially the specials that night) including an intriguing dish of Chilean sea bass with creative sides featuring a jazzed up coconut rice and banana puree concoction that had already sold out.
