CHRIStal Clean

Hailey cleaned my home today and got done way more than I expected. It was so wonderful to come home from work to a clean house. I’ve had the pleasure of a few different techs over the last few months and everyone has been great & so helpful & sweet. The ladies that have been here have just been awesome!

Melissa did an outstanding job for my cleaning. I noticed so many things that she went over and beyond. CHRIStal Cleaning has been doing my house every 2 weeks 8 months now. I feel like I have more free time and can do more family/ friend functions because I’m not a slave to my house anymore! Thank you CHRIStal Clean!!!!

Cacidhe enjoyed the experience with CHRIStal Clean

Problematic 1st initial deep cleaning job. (One line from their Agreement w/ 11 lines of promises "All furniture, shelves, knick-knacks, woodwork, etc. is cleaned by hand."). Photos were taken AFTER one cleaner "cleaned" and AFTER I went and told the 2nd about issues with the 1st girl's work. The 2nd girl checked and 'cleaned'! I took photos after they were all gone and I took a breath and examined more. It was bad enough after the 1st girl left that the 2nd girl even took videos and photos to show her boss. I saw 1st off behind the bathroom door. I did wipe behind the door. I left it around the toilet. At 1st, I thought she just missed it. I hired a service because I've had 5 leg surgeries and need more. The topper, my working perfectly ceiling fan started squeaking after she cleaned it. From the job she did (it was fast), I believe girl one rushed and didn't...

I have been working with CHRIStal Clean for about a year and half. I couldn’t be more happy to work for a company that takes pride in their work as well as having an owner that looks over their clients and employees. I only applied for this job until I could find a new one, as I had no interest in staying. Oh boy I was wrong, I could never leave. One of the many things they do for the employees is have once a month two hours cleans. I don’t own a house so they let me pass it on to my parents! My mom loves when they come, they get everything on her list done and most of the time they do more. Working for the company and as a lead, I look extra hard at the things my employees miss, and I have never found a thing. CHRIStal Clean has went above and beyond for everything as far as employees and the clients and will continue to do so.

My family has been receiving cleanings from Christal Clean for almost a year now and we couldn’t be happier! Not only is the communication great, but the employees have all been very thorough and professional! From start to finish, they have been nothing short of amazing. There’s almost nothing better than coming home to a clean house after a long day and I appreciate all of the Christal Clean girls for their help!

2.) I am almost embarrassed to say, but the bill was to be $312.00 for my 2 bed 2 bath 1100 sq condo. No master shower cleaning, no office, no interior room vacuuming, just edging because I have robot vacs. (By the way, found out edging is normal for these 1st deep cleans with interiors vac too. I thought I was being nice and saving backs and time, saving money by only edging. Guess not). But as mentioned, I saw today I was charged $350 on my CC!!! Now do I add the many little things like me telling them in writing to not call and being replied to with "I will have her call you"? That was not the only time something frustrating happened while talking to or texting with other people to get this cleaning just set up. So, after the photo girl's photos were shared and reported, I really thought they would contact me the next day when she made her report. Nope, and I waited...
