Today I had christal clean come out and help me clean my condo! I was completely blown away by the amazing job my cleaner did! Best part was walking in this evening after work seeing how she laid out my blankets for the living room! How sweet! What an amazing thoughtful extra step she took to make my home even better! We recently changed to CHRIStal Clean for regular recurring cleanings after we struggled to be heard regarding our frustrations at one of their competitors. After the first visit and a short trial period, we had a couple issues with thoroughness. We reached out to see if the company agreed with us and they did! They were very responsive and reasonable to work with, unlike their competitors. They took swift action and immediately changed us to Mariah and she has done an exceptional job. Not only is Mariah meeting our expectations, she is exceeding them with her attention to detail. As a result, we will be staying with CHRIStal Clean for the foreseeable future. We had our initial deep cleaning service down today. The cleaners did an outstanding job. Literally cleaned every surface they could reach. I came downstairs to one of the cleaners wiping down the kitchen cabinet kick toe. That level of detail! I’m a hard one to impress but the crew definitely exceeded my expectations. Read more >
