Children's Lighthouse Winter Garden

My little one is currently assisting there for VPK. At the beginning, I was uncertain about her starting VPK just a day after she turned four. She was still a baby for me and she would not go with anyone else that wasn’t me so… that made it more difficult. The first three days were the hardest, but the teachers knew exactly how to handle the situation because after a week she wanted to go to school. Now, I am so glad that I am taking her there because she has learned so much. She knows how to write her name, her ABC’s, sounds of letters, days of the week and colors in English & Spanish, months of the year, and yet there are still a few months left until she graduates. I absolutely love Children's Lighthouse! I love that there are cameras and that I get a special log on to be able to view my child and keep up with the staff! It gives me piece of mind and I can address any issues if any at all! Children's Lighthouse really does care about your family and wants to take care of your child as if he/she were their own. My son's favorite teacher so far is Ms. Teresa!! So many teachers are great but Ms. Teresa is #1!! She really does take the time to play with the children and ensure they are being taken care of and we appreciate it!! Read more >
