When my Infant started back in April this year, I had a few concerns of:
- unresponsive when calling the Front Desk on multiple occasions
- high traffic of Infant Teachers in short period of time
- lack of and miscommunication with caring for my Infant
- not consistently providing updates via Procare App
- unable to provide accurate information when my Infant was hurt
I’ve grown to adore the Owner & Staff and have been vocal about my concerns. We’re all actively working together on the issues. I’m a gracious person and desire to see good in people and outcomes.
It’s easy to quit!
