Children's Lighthouse of Stone Oak

My eldest daughter has been attending Children's Lighthouse-Stone Oak for a couple years now, and my second daughter recently joined in on the fun! I did extensive research on several day cares and am so glad we went with Children's Lighthouse, as they do not disappoint. The curriculum offered is engaging and has well prepared my daughter for Kindergarten, and she's only 4! My daughter has enjoyed everyone of her teachers and still dotes about Ms. Cody, from the 3yr old class!

Her current teachers Ms. Val, Ms. Kat and Ms. Rachel are wonderful as well. They go above and beyond. At one time they suspected my daughter had a UTI so they wrote down every time she went to the bathroom without me asking. I took my daughter the next day to the pediatrician and they had been correct. Very intuitive and caring teachers.

I have been taking my son to Children's Lighthouse for 1 1/2 years and have nothing but positive experiences daily. The teachers, front staff, and management have been friendly and courteous. We LOVE our teachers we have had and were extremely blessed when they moved up with the kiddos!! Excited for new the new room and teachers because my son is comfortable with the teachers and confident they take care of him. The learning is top notch. I'm impressed with how much my son has learned with numbers and letters recognition, seasons, counting, and countless other aspects with just the PK-3 program! I cannot wait to see how much he grows with the Pk-4!!

My son love his teachers and all the activities!! We feel very calm when he is at the school ! I personally love the fact that I can watch him on my phone all the time! All the staff is very very nice and support !!

My daughter and I moved to the area in May 2015 from Florida. With all the transition my daughter was going through, I was worried about placing her in another daycare, having a poor experience previously. But all of my worry melted away after only a couple of days of my daughter attending CLLC! She LOVES attending. Both the administrative and teaching staff are excellent. The summer program is exciting and filled with great experiences, which really eases my working mom guilt. As long as my daughter needs daycare, CLLC will be my only choice!

Our daughter has been going to this school for 1.5 years and loves it!! She is learning so many great things and the teachers genuinely seem to care for her and love her! It's such a blessing to drop her off every morning to a place she loves!

My son learned so much at Childrens Lighthouse Stone Oak. I love the tadpole app, watchmegrow and of course the amazing staff. Especially Ms Linda she was an awesome teacher to our little man.

I loved this daycare! When we moved away from Stone Oak, the hardest part was leaving this daycare.

We have had a great experience at children's lighthouse. Our daughter started at Luv-n-Care on Heubner and it was terrible. We switched her to Children's Lighthouse when she was 4. She has birthdate close to the cutoff so she had been there two years full time and now is after school. The teachers all really care and we have had very little turnover. She was very academically prepared and has tested at almost a second grade level when she entered kindergarten. She loves it there as well as loves her teachers and wants to go to daycare even when she could stay home on holidays. Definitely recommend!
