Children's Lighthouse Raleigh

We love Children's Lighthouse of Raleigh! Our son has attended for nearly 2 years and we have found it to be a great experience. The teachers are kind, engaging with the children, and seem to enjoy their jobs (despite the challenges of COVID). We have loved every teacher our son has been with. I appreciate the events and activities that Children's Lighthouse hosts for the children and their families. It's fun that Children's Lighthouse even has treats to parents at dropoff for certain holidays! I would definitely recommend Children's Lighthouse to others. Read more >

My son started as an infant in Room 2 at Childrens Lighthouse in Raleigh when they first opened in 2017. He recently graduated from the prek program (Room 11). He’s made a ton of friends, had some good teachers, and is well prepared for kindergarten this fall. His teachers potty trained him easily when he was 2 by keeping the group of kids on a potty schedule. There was some staff turnover, more with younger toddlers, like most daycare centers. The owners of this center have been responsive to parent concerns and communicated well about changing guidelines to keep kids safe. Read more >

Children’s Lighthouse was our only experience with daycare and preschool. Our daughter attended the school for 1.5 years until she graduation and looked forward to going each day. I just wanted to use the opportunity again to tell you what an amazing job you all did yesterday for our little graduates.

The level of organization on your part was superb, and the way you worked and taught those kids to not just play their parts, but enjoy their big moment, is simply amazing.

I can tell how much you love and care for our little boys and girls, and as parents, I am sure everyone would agree, we are grateful for ALL you DO, and we know it is a LOT.
