Children's Lighthouse of Overland Park

Both my children go to Childrens LightHouse.
We were one of the first enrollees, & have had nothing but good experiences. I feel like that the staff, has a genuine interest in making my children safe, & comfortable. So glad we found them!!!

We just recently moved our 4 year old from an in-home daycare to Children’s Lighthouse for preschool and we have been very impressed with the staff, curriculum and the facility. The organization and communication is greatly appreciated while we’re in this transition period to a more school-like structure for our son. We looked at a few facilities but as soon as we left Children's Lighthouse OP, we knew this was the place for us!

Our son is almost 4 and has been attending since he was 7 months old. School is a steady, familiar and comfortable part of his routine. We have experienced a few bumps along the way, but I believe that the administration has worked hard to make improvements and maintain consistency with the staff. I appreciate their continuous effort to make their teachers, classrooms and overall program an extension of home for our son. I am glad that we have stayed with Lighthouse and value the service they provide. Besides the priority I place on his emotional and physical well-being, I think the curriculum has helped put him ahead of his age group academically... he has learned so much that will equip him for school in another year, and I really love that!! I look forward to watching him continue to grow with the care of the Lighthouse team.

Our son has been at Lighthouse for almost two years now and we couldn’t be happier! The teaching staff has been so loving and the management is always very responsive and helpful!

My kids love going to Children’s Lighthouse! They go part-time, but often beg to go see their teachers and friends on days not in attendance. The teachers are always friendly and management is always helpful and great at answering our questions. We truly have loved having our children attend there and know they are getting great care!

This is a wonderful place. The teachers and the administrative staff are nice, welcoming, friendly and they truly care for your child. I wouldn't hesitate. this is the best daycare in Overland Park.

After visiting multiple daycare facilities, Children's Lighthouse quickly rose to the top. The facility is high quality and clean. There is a sense of warmth and welcoming from the teachers, managers and directors. Additionally we felt that they are very competitive with tuition fees and what they offer from a curriculum standpoint. We have had our son there for almost a year and have a new born starting there shortly!

We love Children’s Lighthouse. Our girls have always had great teachers and they learn so much. There are a lot of options for extra curricular activities which is very convenient. The center is always clean and organized too. I definitely recommend it.

We have used this location since it opened. They have a caring staff that give your kids tons of attention. Our kids have loved all of their teachers! They also have cameras in the rooms that allow management to see what is happening at all times as well as parents are able to check on their kids. It gives you the extra peace of mind if you've never dropped your kiddo off with someone outside your family. They say they follow the Blue Valley school schedule for cancellation but offer are able to keep their doors open, which helps when you have to get to work. We highly recommend Children's Lighthouse.
