We have had such a good experience with Children’s Lighthouse of Hoover. All the teachers and staff are so welcoming and friendly. We had an incident where my little one fell from a padded toy and hit his head on the tile floor. They called me asap and showed me the video recording of what happened. The teachers are so good at uploading pictures and updates to the Procare app. I always love getting photos and updates throughout the day.

Children’s Lighthouse has been amazing for our daughter. The level of hands-on attention and thoughtfulness I see all around the facility is top-tier! We have great open communication with the staff and Ms. Patricia indeed a blessing! Looking forward to our continued success with CL of Hoover!

How do you respond to slander? … You don’t. Instead, I will continue to be pivotal giving families my all. I will continue making sure that children are happy, safe, educated and nourished in a timely manner. I will continue accepting, reviewing, and remembering the positive results and constructive criticism I have had over 35 years and use those as my compass. I will joyfully continue to make Children’s Lighthouse shine brighter; unfortunately knowing, though I may try, I can’t please everyone. No one person, or childcare facility can.

I would like to reply to your review. It seems like you are butt hurt and for the life of me I cannot understand why. Who are you? Where do you come from with these unfounded accusations? As a parent, my children attended the Bessemer daycare, for its entirety, and I have never met you. You are probably one of those people who were booted of the island SOMEWHERE, who definitely didn't have the children within your best interest and had to be let go for the children's best interest. It's okay to feel your feelings but just like we teach children, it’s what we do with them. Instead of throwing a tantrum, take a nap, have snack, play with your Legos.
