Children's Lighthouse Helotes

We have been taking our daughter to Children’s Lighthouse for a little over 2 years now and will start our 7 week old in a few months. Our daughter has enjoyed all of the teachers she has had and loves learning from them! We have also grown a love for each of them as well. My nephew and two, 11 year old nieces also attend(ed). We love how well they communicate, involve parents as best they can and make things fun while learning, for all aged kiddos!! Highly recommend!

Absolutely love this daycare. The amount of care my child is shown, the high levels of communication. I cannot recommend it more. Our baby absolutely loves her teachers and I have no regrets about dropping her off

We loved our experience with this location and highly recommend to anyone looking for great childcare. Melissa and Mari were extremely supportive to accommodations and needs for our children. My daughter loved the Zumba classes and I especially loved the ability to pay for specialized dance classes/soccer during the school day. I can’t say enough great things about Ms. Michelle and Ms. Cassandra- they went above and beyond as teachers. My daughter looked forward to school every week and the new exciting curriculum her teachers were planning. Thank you so much Childrens Lighthouse of Helotes!

CLH has been amazing for my kids since they were 6 weeks old. I trust them completely with my childrens wellbeing, cognitive development and social development. Every teacher so far has made a personal connection with my family.

My children have been attending the school since they were 12 weeks old(They are now 2y4mo and a soon to be 5yo). If you are looking for a school that will nurture your whole child this is definitely the place to be. My Pre-k graduate is beyond ready for kindergarten thanks to the amazing teachers she has had along the way. My toddler has grown so much thanks to the wonderful care he has had in the short 2yrs of his life. Both of them have definitely felt the love and passion of every single teacher that have crossed their paths at Lighthouse. Teachers and staff treat us as a family and I see them doing that with every single student/family that walks through the doors. They provide excellent care and have helped my babies grow socially, physically and emotionally ❤️. We will forever be thankful to be part of Childrens Lighthouse Helotes.

I have had 3 children attend Children’s lighthouse. My older two kids were always well attended and educated here. I could tell that the teachers and staff genuinely care about their students and formed attachments to them. This made my decision 10 years later to have my youngest start daycare here super easy. I was delighted to find nothing had changed. The facility is clean, the teachers and staff are kind and attentive. I don’t have to worry about my child while I am working because I know they are being cared for in a safe and caring environment.

I have a second grader in before and after school care and an 18 month old in full day care. The Tadpoles app they use allows them to share pictures of the kids throughout the day, tell me how many dirty diapers there were, how long a nap was taken, and lets me know what they had to eat (and how much). I can message the teachers if there's any questions. I can tell when I pick them up how much all the staff cares. It's also great that they are accepted (without having to request a waiver) by Childcare Aware for DAF.
