Children's Lighthouse Allen

My son has been at Children's Lighthouse in Allen for almost a year now and we absolutely love it! He is always so happy when we drop him off and pick him up. All the teachers and staff are wonderful!

I worked at Childrens Lighthouse of Allen for around 3 months.. I loved every second of it! The staff is AMAZING! Everyone works together so well as a team. By far my favorite job I have ever had! I recently moved to West Texas, so unfortunately I had to leave my job. If you are looking for a job in child care I strongly suggest Childrens Lighthouse of Allen!!

My son has been attending for a few weeks now and I am extremely satisfied with the quality of care that they provide. The school is well organized and very clean and the teachers go above and beyond to make sure your child feels safe and well loved. He comes home with new stories to tell about his day and singing new songs. I have noticed his confidence go up and he is talking so much more. The light in his eyes says everything! Thank you Children's Lighthouse for everything you do!

Great learning atmosphere for young minds

My 4yr old is always ready to go to school and so thankful he is apart of childrens lighthouse again. He always seems to excel her versus his other daycare.

My almost 3-year old attends preschool while my 6-year-old attends Summer Camp here. I can only say good things! The staff is always quick to answer, helpful, and loving. They're funny, personable, and make learning exciting for the kids. My boys never want me to pick them up! The place is immaculate and smells so fresh as well :)

We looked at a few centers in the Allen area and this one impressed us the most. We love that they take hygiene seriously. Additionally, the facilities are very clean and well maintained. Most importantly, the staff are professional and caring. They understand the balance between child development and making sure the kids have fun. the playgrounds are nice and big and our kids never look bored with all the activities taking place. Our kids also love the meals provided. Overall a great value proposition for the service provided.

This is the first time our 2.5 year old has ever been in any type of childcare; never even had a babysitter. That being said...We are quite taken with everything about Children's Lighthouse Allen (CLA). Our tour was with the Director, Jessica Anderson - she was very kind and informative. She answered all the questions and concerns I had. I went back with our son, to ask a few more questions, and he fed off her enthusiastic energy. She offered to let him check out his potential class, and to my surprise he went right along with her.

Hi first and second day were a little rough, since he had never been without us before. On the second day, I happened to catch the live feed when one of his teachers, Ms. Shelly, attempted to console him. He had pushed her hand away, but instead of walk away from him, she pulled out chair to sit with him until he was comfortable and stopped...

The staff are very welcoming and keep me up to date on everything that is going on. My child loves going to school and has fun while learning!
