This weekend was a dream because I thought it was going to be an ordinary conference but I was WRONG!!!! This was elevated me to a higher level of thinking. I feel as though I am a leader and I want to go higher, I want more for my center (Caring and Sharing Child Care Center), for my team and for the families but most importantly for me.
