I joined the Child Care Success Academy in September 2018 and quickly realized how valuable everything that Kris and her team had to offer truly was! We were already well-enrolled but they were able to teach us all about Core Values and how to hire right to continue to grow our center and keep the AMAZING staff that we have happy, motivated, and most importantly bought in to our philosophy.
