I attended the 2019 Child Care Success Summit and had a great experience. I was a little skeptical coming in, because that's my personality, but it exceeded my expectations. I am a new owner of a child care center with a ton to learn. This summit kicked off my growth! From the day I registered I was loaded up with helpful resources and tools.

The best part of the summit was guest speakers Ron Clark, Joanne Faber, & Julie King. They had great messages that left me inspired to be a better leader and to make a deeper impact on my staff and the children and families we serve. The vendor booths were also worth the price of admission. Great resources and tools that will help our center stay on the cutting edge of technology, marketing, operational efficiency, and growth. Just wrapped up my 1st Summit and I must say it was more then I expected. I joined the Academy in July and I haven’t been as active as I need to be because I have allowed my center to take all of my time BUT I did take advantage of the Bootcamp Enrollment right away and my enrollment went from 57 to 110 in 60 days. I went to my first Summit in Dallas with my mother who owns 5 childcare centers in Ohio. Just from my 3 days there I decided to step up and ask to become the Enrollment Specialist for all 5 centers. This year I have enrolled 60 children in 3 1/2 months. Just one small change of having one person control CRM and managing tours and enrollment has made SUCH a huge difference!
