Truly disappointed with this place.

It's not a feeling. My child who was the patient obviously cannot post here but I will on her behalf. We paid $500 + cost of supplements for an appointment. We were told we get a follow up appointment included with the $500+ paid. When I called to follow up I was told too much time had elapsed. COVID+single mom of a child with a new autism diagnosis+ going through a divorce+ college student desperate for answers to help my kid. You could have given us grace. Instead you said we had to restart as new patients. We did not get what we paid for.
