I have been going to Charlotte Natural Wellness for 7 years. Dr. Michelle treats health issues with natural supplements and is very well-informed and caring. I just turned 67 and am so thankful to be taking supplements and not prescription medicine.

I was extremely excited to begin the process of finding a holistic pediatrician for my two young kids. I called to inquire about their services, no answer. I left a voicemail stating my name, needs and a call back number per their request. Less than 3 minutes later I receive a cold and unwelcoming text message (not a call back) stating that they are not accepting new clients and was sure to emphasize that they don't accept insurance of any type but they are membership based only. No problem. I can only assumed that I was being prejudged based on my voice and/or name. Either way, I responded to the text stating I am still interested and would love to speak with someone about my personal situation prior to joining the waitlist. No response. Best Wishes.

I love the services provided by the practice. Dr. Dillon and her staff are amazing. She works hard to get to the root of a problem. She tells you what you need to hear as you work to achieve your health goals.

Dr Michelle is observant, compassionate and listens. Much different that the regular MD's. She has narrowed down the test results to pinpoint my issue which no one else (3 Dr's) did not have the time or openess to find. I am grateful!
