I had a consultation with Michelle Dillion. She called me 10 minutes late. She did not apologize for being late for the consultation. I asked her a few questions about a holistic lifestyle. I was not impressed with her responses. After taking courses, trying out natural remedies on my body, and completing test on my body, I was shocked on her responses. One was vitamin D deficiency. She stated you can not improve your vitamin D deficiency unless you live in FL, which is not true. You need to take a supplement. I improved my vitamin D deficiency living in NC and exposing my body to the sun at least 4 times a week for 20-30 minutes, which now I no longer have a vitamin D deficiency.
