If you are in need of carpet cleaning, I suggest you use Charis Facility Advantage. I used them to clean my entire house. They were on time, the tools that were used were high quality carpeting tools and they were very thorough with the cleaning process and very informative about the process of cleaning. My questions were answered and they were busy from the time they got to my home until the time they left. We had to book someone somewhat last second when we purchased our new home. They did great work, were very efficient, very responsive, and extremely friendly. I would (and will) recommend them to any family and friends needing some carpet cleaning work done in the future. We will personally be using them going forward.

We contemplated getting new carpet, but decided to try professional carpet cleaning. Our carpet was the normal wear and tear of a decade. WOW, it's amazing how a clean carpet looks, saved me from spending where it was unnecessary and not to mention how clean my home smells, especially when you walk in from having the house closed up for the day. Needless to say, we were very pleased with Ronn at Charis Facility. We would highly recommend. Professional, timely and affordable!
