Call on the weekend for a burning smell in my attic. The customer service on the phone was outstanding. Randy came to my house within 30 minutes of my call and got to it. He went in the attic and determined that the attic light was burning a cardboard box in the space. He checked all of the wiring in the attic to ensure that it was all safe. He even advised me on how to change my doorbell. This is some outstanding service! From the initial call to the paying process. I highly recommend, 10/10! I will have any and all electric work done by Randy.
