Charisse is a great resource for buying or selling a home. We have known Charisse for many years. We talked to Charisse with selling our house that we had grown out of. When we met with Charisse, she was very helpful in provided advise with staging our house and what changes she would recommend. This was extremely informative and helpful as we sold our house in 3 days. Charisse posted it on Wednesday and that Saturday had a open house where she made cookies and we received a total of 8 offers. We were elated beyond belief not having done this before. With Charisse's help, she walked us through the complicated process and successfully sold our house.
