We hired Charisse to sell our home and helped us buy a new one. She arranged to have our kitchen cabinets and kitchen floor redone. She also helped us stage it, resulting in multiple offers, above asking, and in less than 30 days. She then helped us find the perfect home we were looking for, which included a pool, tough in this market, negotiated repair costs, and made it a smooth transition. Not only have we referred several people to Charisse, but we still keep in touch and she still provides us names of vendors or answers questions we have. Charisse Carpenter Walker is truly the best realtor we could’ve chosen. Charisse was super patient with us when we wanted to see a ton of houses, and showed us as many as she could until we found the right one.
