Charisse not only listened to the why we believed our home to be the value and price we wanted it to be listed for but she brought it to reality. We had previously engaged a realtor to sell our home with less than favorable results. The only solution to selling our home was just lower the price. We had to disengage that realtor for lack of results and not being on the same page.
