I worked with Charisse Walker to sell and buy a house. She is very knowledgeable and was able to give me sound advice when dealing with multiple offers. We had 8 offers within in 3 days. She was great with walking us through the whole process of selling and buying our first homes,(we inherited our first house) and making sure we understood everything.
