Man, where do I start..?
I was one of those guys that would tell the owner of the company. CEO Warrior trainings aren’t worth it. I don’t want to do it. I was then asked to come with a open mind and try it. Now let me tell ya, boy am I absolutely glad i did. It’s not just a business training, you’re not just being thought how to close a sale. It’s far more than that. You all dig deep, and I say you all because you’re not alone. You’re surrounded by WARRIORS. It helps bring closure to a past of many failures, it helps over come obstacles that you thought were already behind you. It’s a whole new level of teaching. Coming from where I did and to where I’m at now shows that I’m a fighter, but after these last 3 days I’ve now been promoted to WARRIOR. I have been in the plumbing industry for over 20 yrs . I have worked for over 10 companies and also had my own for 12yrs . I fought hard to keep mine going but did not have the knowledge at that time. I work for a great company now . My boss hand chose a few of us to go this training. My old thinking was like , what am I going to learn . I already know what they are going to say. Waste of my time , 3 days 10 hrs plus oh him bug !!!! When I say my old thinking process that was 2 days ago . I’m in day 2 and already that thinking pattern is gone .
