Goly is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. She was the property manager for our town home and when it came time for us to move out she requested us to have the house deep cleaned by a professional company. She stated that “if y’all provide a copy of the receipt then y’all will get the deposit back.” No where in our lease did it say that the house had to be professionally cleaned. But we wanted to get our deposit back so we agreed. The town home was in better shape when we left than when we moved in. If we wanted something fixed we had to do it ourselves because they never sent anyone out. When it came time for her to give us the deposit she came up with a million excuses “the check is in the mail”, and even went as far as blocking our numbers.
