I sent an inquiry about a house they have listed as available and I received a canned email reply that didn't address me by name, didn't address the question, just info on the builder they work with, a pitch for their mortgage person of choice and a map of available lots.

If it's really that easy to sell a house, why aren't more people doing it? Good luck with this approach after the market shifts to a seller's market (post forbearance).

Very disappointed we had an outside agent helping us with a house we were going to be the first to apply and jessica zhao pulled our application so she could have someone else sign I’m a disabled vet and this is ridiculous will be reporting this sketchy business.
