Luis did a fantastic job on our very old and very dirty carpets. He was fast, courteous and explained what he was doing to get the carpets clean and looking and smelling good. He also cleaned a large area rug for me taking it with him to clean when he came to give me an estimate. He returned the next day with my rug which had some bad stains he was able to remove - the rug looks great and again he explained the cleaning process for my area rug which now looks almost brand new. I highly recommend Luis and Central Valley Carpet Cleaning.

This appointment could have had a negative outcome but Central Valley Carpet cleaning made it right! We got our appointment mixed up and they did all they could and came out. Then there was an equipment issue. They stayed and got the job done all while being apologetic and thankful for our patience. I will use them for all future carpet cleaning needs! Thank you guys for making it right! My carpets look and smell amazing!

I recommend Central Valley Carpet Cleaning Services! Luis did an amazing job! He was fast, professional, on time, & left our old carpet looking amazing! The carpet had coffee stains, soda stains, and was really dirty as we live out in the country! Almond harvest season is a nightmare, & there are also 9 grandkids in & out of the home. Therefore keeping up with a clean carpet on your own without the proper carpet cleaning, is impossible! Even after using the rug doctor several times, for years, the carpet has never been as clean & smooth as now! Thanks again Luis!
