I have used Central Texas Window Cleaning for many years. This year was different. First of all, Roger , the owner, is great! Great customer service. He is making any wrongs, right. I asked for a quote when the crew arrived via text as my husband was meeting them at the house. When my husband asked about the quote they said they sent it to me. I never received a quote. I only received the bill at the end of the time. We also discovered that one of the screens had been broken during the cleaning and that was never reported to us. Like I said, Roger is making this all right but it is a definite change in what I’m used to from this company.
